About Our Furniture Grading
To help you understand our pricing, we group all items into easy grades based on their condition and age:
- Grade A – Premium Quality: Near-new everyday furniture that's barely been used.
- Grade B – High Quality: Gently used furniture in excellent condition.
- Grade C – Good Quality: Solid, everyday pieces showing light wear, ready for their second lease of life.
- Vintage: Character pieces typically 20–50 years old, valued for their style, design, and maker.
- Antique: Rare items generally over 100 years old, admired for their craftsmanship, history, and timeless appeal.
Each piece is unique, so these grades act as a helpful guide when browsing our current stock.

However, you're always welcome to bring items into our store for us to take a look at — and, depending on condition and demand, we may offer you something for it at our discretion. If you're unable to bring your items in yourself, we do offer a chargeable collection service which can be arranged in advance.
